on 10/15, contacted congresswoman Suzan and the assistant reponsed one week
later, said "I trust that the agency will honor your request to process your
case in the EB3 category", no any document and privacy release form
provided.
on 10/30, contacted senator Patty and the assistant responsed on 11/4 asking
for signed privacy release form
on 11/2, second SR opened with the help of EMMA
on 11/5, emailed signed PRF along with all 485/140 documents to Patty
on 11/13, followed up on Patty
on 11/17, response from Patty's assistant, saying "all corresponding
documents were received, but too many request at this time, will reach your
case in two weeks"
on 11/24, Suzan's assistant told me the status has been "New card is being
produced"
on 11/25, Case Was Approved
